CODER'S CLUB LEVEL 1

Key Concepts taught:

• Introduction to micro:bit and its components (LED display, buttons, pins). Method of powering it and downloading code.

• Learning method to trigger events (pressing buttons A and B, shaking etc.)

• Obtaining output and display (showing strings, icons, pre-set images, drawing custom images).

• Learning basic logic (adding delay, looping and block, data/variable types).

• Fun filled projects like, Scrolling Name tag, Smart heat sensor, Smart light and sound alert alarm, Build your smart step counter, Gaming: Rock, paper, scissors, Gaming: Dice Roller, Emoji maker, Emotion meter, Animation board etc.
